MAGIC ENGINE EXPANDS DISTRIBUTION FOOTPRINT AS FAWESOME LICENSES THREE ADDITIONAL FEATURES

Red Nose 2: FULL METAL RULDOFF, Astro Cats: The Movie and The Yellow Knight are coming soon to Fawesome as Magic Engine expands distribution around its growing film catalog
LOS ANGELES, CA — September 29, 2026 — Magic Engine Studios announced today that Fawesome has licensed three additional feature films from the studio’s catalog: Red Nose 2: FULL METAL RULDOFF, Astro Cats: The Movie, and The Yellow Knight. The titles are expected to arrive on Fawesome in the coming weeks.
The three films will join Pumpkin Patch, already available on the platform. Once the new titles launch, every currently released Magic Engine feature will be represented on Fawesome except the studio’s 2025 debut, The Cheep, which is currently undergoing a remaster for re-release in spring 2027.
The new licenses are part of Magic Engine’s broader effort to build distribution alongside production. The company is developing original films, recurring properties, and episodic projects while expanding the number of platforms through which its catalog can reach audiences.
That strategy is focused on keeping completed titles in circulation beyond their initial release windows and establishing multiple points of discovery as the library grows.
Fawesome, operated by Future Today, is distributed across major connected-TV ecosystems including Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Samsung, Vizio, and LG.
The Fawesome expansion comes alongside Magic Engine’s move into Spotify video distribution. Astro Cats: The Movie and The Yellow Knight are also being distributed through Spotify’s video podcast ecosystem, creating another outlet for the studio’s long-form entertainment.
Rather than approaching each film as an isolated release, Magic Engine is building a catalog intended to move across multiple platforms and viewing environments. Production and distribution are being developed in parallel, with completed titles entering the marketplace as new properties move through the pipeline.

“Expanding distribution has been a central initiative for me because making the films is only the beginning,” said Debbi Berlin, CEO and co-founder of Magic Engine Studios. “Our focus is on building relationships that give the catalog continued audience access and create opportunities for each new title as it becomes available. Fawesome and Spotify are important parts of that effort, and we have additional conversations underway now.”
Berlin continued: “By the end of this year, Pumpkin Patch: MOONBREAKER, our new 100-minute feature, and Red Nose 3: SILENT NIGHTFALL will give us two additional properties available for distribution. The Cheep IS Risen follows in March 2027, alongside the remastered return of The Cheep, with a broader slate of new features and episodic projects planned throughout 2027.”
Pumpkin Patch: MOONBREAKER will become Magic Engine’s sixth full-length generative feature in 15 months. Red Nose 3: SILENT NIGHTFALL is scheduled to follow later this year, with final runtime to be determined.
As the slate grows, Magic Engine is developing its original IP, production infrastructure, catalog, and distribution relationships as interconnected parts of the same business: creating entertainment, bringing it to market, and expanding the ways audiences can find it.
